Flexible owners which put the customer first. Great location and seems to be really clean place to stay.
Little bit small rooms and difference between own and shared bathroom was quite big. No cooking facilities unfortunately.

Hosts are very freindly people, cleanliness of facilities and location was just right for functions in Manly. Restaurants are very close by and have an excellent range.

The location only
Host was rude, place should be advertised as a backpackers. Had to upgrade my room when I got there as what I saw was not what was advertised. VERY over-priced, I was charged $139 for a room smaller than my wardrobe with only a double bed in it and no bathroom. Could not cancel room so I would recommend checking place out before booking.

It is clean and quiet and public transport very convenient.
The size of the room is very cramped and the view out the window is a brick wall. The cost of the room is very expensive for the size of the room.

I liked the fact that it had white tile floors and was only the size of a house. I liked the shared tea making facilities and the small deck in the back yard. The washing machine and line would be handy if you were staying there longer. There was only one car space and I was lucky to get it. It was a nice walk to the beach.
Initially I was disappointed in the tiny size of my room with no tv. The room could really only fit the single bed and a tiny bedside table. The sheets and blankets seemed a bit old. As I was only staying one night the room was Ok and I was happy there.
